Description:
The purpose of the public procurement contract is the provision of design services and the execution of works for the "REHABILITATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PALACE" objective.
The main stages of the contract are:
Technical execution project (PT CS DDE);
D.T.A.C will be drawn up based on HG 907/2016 prisell the development stages and the framework content of the technical-economic documentation related to the investment objectives/projects financed from public funds and is part of the Technical Project documentation;
Obtaining the building permit;
Specialized technical verification of the projectof the technical department of DTAC PT DDE;
Execution of authorized works;
Technical assistance during the execution period of the works (including the determining phases and possible modifications of the project);
Preparation of a report upon completion of the execution of permanent works;
Elaboration of a behavior tracking programand the work over time;
Preparation of the Construction Technical Book;
Preparation of the "as-built" project for the investment objective.
Energy certificate.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification or additional information within the 8th day before terthe deadline for the submission of offers, insofar as these requests will be addressed within the term provided for in section I of the Data Sheet, i.e. 14 days before the deadline for the submission of offers.
