The object of the contract is the design and execution of worksroute diversion points located between km 10 009 km 12 000 and km 21 406 km 24 890, related to the Brașov-Targu Mureș-Cluj-Oradea Motorway, subsection 3A2: Nădășelu - Mihăiesti (km 8 700 km 25 500), in accordance with the provisions of the works contract.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 asmoothly. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is25 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para.
