Design and execution supervision services for the investment objective: BYPASS OF BLAJ MUNICIPALITY (connectivity with Blaj-Teius Transregio Road -A10)"
The purpose of the purchase is:
-the provision of high quality supervision services, both during the period of projectionand execution of the works, as well as during the guarantee period of the works (including work tracking services during the Defect Notification Period), in order to track the correct use of the available funds and to ensure that the Contractor projects sand executes the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, especially with regard to the duration, quantity, quality and cost of the design and the works.
-The consultant will have the role of Engineer according to the provisions of the Contract Conditions of "Design and execution of bypass variant Blaj" and from the General Conditions of Contract - General Conditions for Design and Execution of Works, provided in Annex no. 2 of H.G. no. 1/2018
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers is 16 days. The contracting authority will respondwhere clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of offers
