- The object of the contract is Services for the elaboration of the technical-economic documentation for the PT, DDE phases and technical assistance from the designer and execution of construction works within the project "EXTENDING THE WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE SYSTEM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SCANTEIA, IAΘI COUNTY"
Objects cof the contract are:
- the creation of the documentation necessary to obtain the construction permit
- the realization of the technical project phase of the Technical Project of Execution and Execution Details
- the realization of the technical assistance from the designer
- the realization of all the works that are the subject of the studyof feasibility
Notes:
*)The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications before 14 days from the deadline for submission of offers"
**) There are no limitations between the chapterthem or sub-chapters of expenses, the bidders having the right as well as the obligation to foresee all the costs resulting from the lists of quantities and from their offer. For chapter 5.1 each tenderer has the freedom to propose their own costs according to their own organization and Documentation requirementsaward criteria.
***) Bidders are allowed to use their own transportation distances for material resources from suppliers to the work site. In the technical proposal, bidders must indicate the main suppliers as well as the transport distance from them.
