Description:
As part of the contract, design services and technical assistance from the designer and execution of the works will be carried out for the achievement and implementation of the investment objective related to "Modernization / rehabilitation of 47 railway stations in ROMANIA" - Lot SRCF Iași, Staunt C.F. Pașcani.
Economic operators are recommended to visit and examine the location of the work, including the surroundings, and obtain all the information that may be necessary in order to prepare the offer. The economic operator will undertake all the steps and take all the measures in vavoiding the occurrence of possible accidents that could result in the death or physical injury of a person and/or in the loss or damage of property, the responsibility falling fully on him in the event of the occurrence of such events. The economic operator will bear any eventual chdamages, losses or damages as a result of visiting the site of the work.
It will be considered that the tenderer who will award and sign the Contract has inspected and examined the site of the work, its surroundings, the dates and other information available and that he has been satisfied, beforethe submission of the Offer, of all relevant aspects, including the following (without being limited to them):
(a) the shape and nature of the Site, including the underground conditions;
(b) the hydrological and climatic conditions;
(c) the volume and nature of the activity as and goods needed for pro...
