II.1.4) Brief description:
Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://www.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications / additional information related to the award documentation 22 days before yesthe deadline established for the submission of offers.
The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information regarding the award documentation on the 12th day before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting entity will not raresponds to requests for clarifications sent after the set deadline.
The purchase refers to the obligations of the Contractor/Contractor related to LOT 1: CRAIOVA (CAP X) - FILIASI (CAP Y), KM 248 760 - KM 286 735, including OCC/CMT Craiova, having a length of 37.975 km.
