Description:
In Bihor county, the collection/transportation/sorting and storage system started in 2021, being covered by 100% sanitation services. In order to reach the targets of collection/treatment and diversion from storage of a percentage of 60% of the total amount generated at the levelof the county, it is necessary to continue the investments made through the "Integrated Waste Management System in Bihor County" project and make available to citizens a household waste collection infrastructure that includes all types of waste. In accordance with the provisionart. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority established that the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional informationentry in relation to the award documentation, is 25 days before the deadline for submission of offers. AC will respond to clarification requests 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers. In view of the sustainable management of waste, the Bihor County Council, approbat The Bihor County Waste Management Plan, made in accordance with the provisions of Order no. 140/2019 on the approval of the Methodology for the development, monitoring, evaluation and revision of county waste management plans and the relevant European Directives.
