C5B2.2b18 including the following:
οΌElaboration of the necessary documentation for obtaining/extending the approvals, agreements, authorizations, studies requested by the urban planning certificate issued in order to obtain the building permit and obtaining the necessary approvals for the development of the investmentat the P.Th. phase, as appropriate, supporting the documentation at the advisory commissions.
οΌElaboration of the project for the authorization of the execution of the construction works (P.A.C./D.T.A.C) and the project for organizing the execution of the works (P.O.E / D.T.O.E)
οΌElaboration of the technical execution project (P.T.E / P.Th), the execution details (D.E.), the fire safety scenario, other documentation that the bidder considers necessary for the completion and operation of the investment objective
οΌApproval of the technical documentation and obtaining the building permit
οΌDelivery of temporary information boardre, labeling and permanent information board
