Services of design and execution of works "CONSOLIDATION, MODERNIZATION, REHABILITATION AND EXTENSION OF BUILDING FOR EDUCATION UNIT (SCHOOL NO. 3), PARTIAL DEMOLITION OF EXISTING BUILDING FOR EDUCATION UNITANT (SCHOOL 3); CONSTRUCTION OF A SPORTS HALL; PHOTOVOLTAIC AND SOLAR PANELS; EXTERIOR ARRANGEMENTS, LAND ENCLOSURE"
In order to achieve the investment objective mentioned above, the technical solution proposed by the company that developed the feasibility study includes the following: consolidation, modernthe expansion and expansion of an existing building (building A) and the demolition of two existing building bodies (B and C); The consolidated building body (body A) will be raised by 2 floors.
The estimated total value for the purchase of works (design and execution) is 41,211,175.08 lei without VAT fconsisting of:
1. DESIGN 1,386,991.01 lei, excluding VAT, of which:
-Technical design and execution details: 1,055,839.74 lei, excluding VAT (chap. 3.5.6. of the general estimate)
-Technical project verification: 22,404.97 lei, without VAT (chap. 3.5.5. of the general budget)
