• Description:
• The contract will provide all the design services and any other related services necessary for the approval, endorsement, authorization and execution of the works related to the investment objective.
  The design solutions will ensure the optimal use of financial resources, respectively an optimal ratio inbetween investment and maintenance costs.
  Design services
  The requested design services refer to the elaboration and, as the case may be, the updating of all the technical-economic documentation provided for in art. 1, para. (2) from HG no. 907/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions,except for the concept note, design theme and SF.
  Design services:
  - Elaboration of documentation for obtaining approvals/agreements, including fire safety approval;
  - Elaboration of technical documentation for obtaining building authorization (DTAC);
  - Elaboration of projectCS technical department and execution details (PTh DE) ;
  - Elaboration of the economic documentation, at the P.Th. phase;
  - Technical assistance of the designer during the execution of the construction works;
  - The designer has the obligation to update the Project at his own expense Technical, DE, necessary documentation avicertificates and any other documents issued by it, whenever necessary. The periods related to the issuance of the approvals, as well as those arising as a result of the clarifications requested by the approvers, are not included in the time schedule of the design and execution activity.
