Description:
This public procurement is carried out jointly by an association of contracting authorities, based on art. 44 of Law 98/2016. GALAțI COUNTY (Galaţi County Council) is the contracting authority mandated to organize this award procedure, as association leader. By Account Authoritythe contract will be any of the beneficiary/signatory contracting authorities of the public procurement contract..
The contracting authorities that are associated to carry out this joint procurement are:
-Galaţi County (Galaţi County Council);
-Intercom Development Associationnităra ECOSERV Galati.
The contract includes the design, execution and operation of the transfer station and the mechano-biological treatment station with anaerobic digestion Galati, respectively:
a) Elaboration of the Technical Project in accordance with the national legislation, including all the necessary documents (memoirs, drawings calculations, etc.) and any documentation necessary to obtain the construction authorization;
b) Elaboration of the documentation necessary to obtain the authorizations and approvals necessary for the execution;
c) Construction works;
d) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment;
e) Testing and commissioning;
f) Fixing any defects that appeared during the Warranty Period;
g) Administration and operation of the transfer station and the mechano-biological treatment station with anaerobic digestion.
The duration of the design and execution of the works and commissioning of the installations is 24 months.
