The estimated value is 26,193,571.19 lei, without VAT, and is composed of :
- Chapter 3 - Expendituretools for design and technical assistance of the designer - 666,649.79 lei
- Chapter 4 - Expenses for the basic investment: 25,025,991.42 lei
- Chapter 5 - Other expenses - 500,929.98 lei of which:
- Subchap. 5.1 Site organization - 500,929.98 lei:
- Subchap. 5.1.1 Construction works 381,985.84 lei;
- Subchap. 5.1.2. Related expenses 118,944.14 lei;
The modification of the public procurement contract, during its validity period, is done under the conditions stipulated in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016.
