- The purchase is for a contract for the design and execution of works, with the object of design, including technical assistance and execution of works for "Modernization of existing terminals and building bodies at the Henri Coandă International Airport Bucharest".

The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information by sending a consolidated response as follows:

The contracting entity will respond to the requests for clarifications in a consolidated manner, at the mentioned deadline, under the conditions that the requests for clarifications are requested within the deadline specified in the procedure. If requests for clarifications are not submitted within the deadline,the contracting entity will respond to the extent that the period of time required for the elaboration and transmission of the response makes it possible to receive it by all economic operators before the deadline for submitting offers
