Description:
The contract that is intended to be concluded upon completion of the procurement procedure will have as its object the provision of design services for the updating of the GORJ County Territory Development Plan. Currently, the Gorj County Council owns the Gorj County Territorial Development Plan - prproject developed by the "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urbanism - Center for Research, Design, Expertise and Consulting which was developed in the period 2009-2011 and approved by the Gorj County Council with Decision no. 102/13.12.2013.
Clarifications may be requested before the deadline ofsubmission of offers with 18 days, term also specified in the Data Sheet in section I.3.
In the event that clarifications are requested within the period specified above (18 days before the deadline for submission of offers), the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requestsof clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
