- The provision of design services (D.A.L.I. phase), including the development of all the necessary studies, the documentation for obtaining the Urban Planning Certificate, as well as all the approvals and agreements requested by it, for the investment objective: "IMPROVEMENT OF EMPLOYEE CONDITIONSIT IS IN THE SECURITY OF THE VACARESTI ACCUMULATION DAMBOVITA COUNTY" . For the services provided, the payments owed by the purchaser to the provider are the rates declared in the financial proposal. The prices offered are fixed and not subject to revision. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested, inauntil the deadline for submission of offers = 18 days. The term in which the AC responds, clearly and completely, to all requests for clarifications/additional information = on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
