- The purpose of applying this public procurement procedure is to conclude the contract for the provision of design services - DALI development, in accordance with GD no. 907 of November 29, 2016, regarding the development stages and content-technical-economic framework related to investment objectives/projectsfunds financed from the amounts related to the loan component of the PNRR; topographic studies, geotechnical study, hydraulic modelling, other studies necessary for design, preparation of documentation for obtaining the Urban Planning Certificate, for obtaining the Water Management Approval, for obtainingof the Environmental Agreement, the preparation of documentation for obtaining the approvals/agreements provided for in the Urban Planning Certificate (electrical networks, gas networks, water, etc.) - technical documentation regarding expropriation for reasons of public utility - as the case may be, the preparation of SEICA, RIM documentation, ifwill be the case, the preparation of the cadastral documentation (TOPO plans covered by OCPI), the updating of the General Estimate whenever requested by the purchaser throughout the validity period of the DALI, for the investment objective, "Improving the safe operating conditions of the Hydrotechnical NodeCoștei, Timiș County", according to the specification.
