Description:
Through the contract, design services will be provided, the SF PT DDE DTAC DTOE phase, in order to achieve the investment objective "Multilevel Cetate Parking". The term for the provision of services is 440 days from the issuance of the start order. The services that will be provided within the contract concerns:
- SF Feasibility study (topographic documentation, documentation for obtaining approvals and agreements, studies and technical expertise);
- PT Technical project with execution details verified by specialists, including DTAC and DTOE (Technical Documentation for obtaining Autoof the Construction and Technical Documentation for the Organization of Execution) and all the documentation for obtaining approvals, agreements and authorizations. The technical-economic documentation will be prepared in accordance with GD no. 907/2016 updated and will be handed over according to the requirements and termspecified in the specifications and will have to be accepted by the beneficiary.
The award procedure will be initiated under the following SUSPENSION CLAUSE: "The procedure will be canceled if by the date of signing the contract financing and credits will not be secured of employmentent necessary".
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline set for the submission of offers is 15 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification, through a consolidated response 10 days before the deadline set for submission...
