The purpose of the investment is ENERGY RENOVATIONETHICS OF MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS IN THE CITY OF BORSA, JUD. MARAMURES.
Improving energy efficiency represents one of the priority elements of Romania's energy strategy, considering the major contribution to the achievement of safety in the supply of consumers, in ensuring dsustainable development and competitiveness, saving energy resources and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
The project is financed by PNRR/2022/C5 - The Renovation Wave, and in the provision of services and the execution of works, the contractor must comply with the provisions of the Guide tofinancing and the legislation in force. The designer will include in the technical project requirements and conditions that the executor will have to comply with in order to comply with the DNSH principle.
The interventions proposed for the buildings will lead to a reduction in the annual specific energy consumptionnal for heating of at least 50% compared to the annual specific energy consumption for heating before the renovation of each building.
