Description:
The contracting authority wishes to purchase Design, Supply and Installation Services within the project "Snagov Greenarea of road traffic in UAT Snagov, Ilfov county.
The implementation of a video surveillance system capable of monitoring road traffic, public spaces, especially the main intersections and areas with crowds of people, will ensure:
○ increasing the level of social security and safety Ato the citizen;
24/7 monitoring of some areas with a high risk of criminal phenomena and accidents;
➢ direct and intuitive presentation of the situation of the monitored areas and objectives; the emergence of favorable conditionsprevents the occurrence of events;
➢ reduction of response time in case of interventions for emergency and crisis situations;
➢ efficient management of resources, humidity, temperature and level of noxes;
➢ prevention of crimes and illegal operations, video cameras with system LPR vor provide data on the recognition of registration numbers and the recognition of vehicle categories;
○ providing databases for the analysis of events and determining the speed of vehicles;
