The object of the contract is Servicesfor the preparation of the technical-economic documentation for the PAC, POE, PT and DDE phases, necessary documentation for obtaining agreements, approvals and authorizations related to the investment objective, technical assistance from the designer and execution of construction and equipment works. Project objectiveului is the realization of capital repairs and equipment at the SCDCOC station. It is proposed to rehabilitate 23 buildings with different destinations, to build a new building with a traffic light destination, exterior landscaping works consisting of roads, pedestrian walkways, as well as the provision ofbuilding and utility agreements.

The estimated value of the contract is 61,855,906.00 lei without VAT
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidatesof the data: 18 days.
The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators no later than the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
