Description:
The contract covers the provision of design services, technical assistance from the designer and execution of works for the realization of the investment "Modernization of streets of local interest, Darabani city, Botosani county". The roads proposed for modernization run their route in the areas ofintra-village and extra-village land of the city of Darabani. In accordance with the topographic surveys and the design theme, the total length of the roads that will be modernized is 18,443.00m. Most of the streets are in a mediocre or bad technical condition, requiring modernization works.
Mothe modification of the public procurement contract, during its validity period, is done under the conditions stipulated in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016.
