Description:
The contract envisages the implementation at the level of the Covasna County Council of a new and innovative concept, namely an IT system aimed at digitizing and streamlining work processes within the institution in order to improve the quality of the services offered. It is in vedis the transposition of operational processes from all departments of the institution (urban planning, economic, legal and territorial development, audit, human resources, transport and county roads, etc.). The IT solution will have several sections including: client portal, document management eelectronics, business processes organized according to operational needs, reporting, project management, register management.
Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation, in accordance with the provisions of art.160 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent additions and amendments.
The deadline for submitting clarification requests by economic operators is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completelyto requests for clarifications/additional information addressed by economic operators 10 days before the deadline for submission of offers, in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (2) and of art. 161 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent additions and changes.
