II.1.4 Brief description of the contract or the purchase/purchases
The general objective of the contract is the Development of Documentation for the Approval of Intervention Works for "Aciliu Viaduct, km 62 475 - km 63 485, located on the Orastie - Sibiu Highway, LOT 3" in in accordance with horse regulationsthe age of pregnancy and the legislation in the field.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to requestita clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority establishesthere is only one deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
The deadline for responding to the clarifications was set so that economic operators have a period adequal to the analysis of the award documentation and, subsequently, to the elaboration of the offers through the prism of the answers provided by the Contracting Authority.
