- Through the sectoral purchase to be promoted, the following products and services will be purchased.
Realization of an IT application dedicated to the sizing of reserves using probabilistic methods, representing a customized software, with which the Beneficiary can calculate the reserve requirementve on each dispatch interval (60 and 15 minutes) and on each direction of a requested period, in accordance with Section 2 of ANRE Order no. 219/2019. The calculation application will obligatorily use as input data the parameters defined in Art. 9, para. (4), a), b), c), fromthis Order. Also, the application will have the possibility to enter as input data the factors specified in Art. 9, para. (4), d) from the same Order. The duration for which the dimensioning is carried out will be equal to the purchase period of the reserves, respectively the calendar day, and the intervalthe dimensioning time will be one hour (resulting in 24 values for each type of reserve and direction) and 15 minutes respectively (resulting in 96 values for each type of reserve and direction).
