Description:
Design services will be purchased for the development of phase design documentation (SF PTh CS DTAC) regarding investment works in medium voltage electrical installations in the Moldova area: Modernization of LEA and LES - 4 lots. Purchase organized in 4 lots and taking into account the requirementsspecifications no. 41450 dated 12.07.2023, together with its annexes.
Clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation will be sent 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting entity's response to these requestsari will be sent at least 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers in accordance with art. 173 para. (1) from Law 99/2016.
According to the provisions of art. 172 para. (2) from Law 99 of 2016, the contracting entity establishes to respond clearly and completely to all messagescitations for clarification and additional information, according to the provisions of the methodological norms for the application of the provisions of this law, on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers and will only respond to requests for clarification addressed by economic operators until termenul limita stabilit.
