Description:
The object of the specifications is the development of the existing GIS database by entering the collected technical data and the Stereo 70 geographic coordinates raised for the overhead and underground electrical networks related to the investment works and their introduction into the GIS systemxistent, in order to establish the GIS database belonging to SC Distributie Energie Oltenia SA. The purpose of the acquisition is the development of the database by collecting objects and attributes in the field (from Annex 5 of the Task Book) and introducing them into the existing GIS system for retdistribution lines from the counties of Dolj, Gorj, Arges, Mehedinti, Olt, Teleorman and Valcea following the investment works.
The developments of the existing GIS database to be acquired in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference and related Annexes and consist of:
a) Collection from the field athe geographical coordinates of Stereo 70 and the related technical attributes of all the objects in the Task Book-Annex 5 related to the new overhead and underground networks as well as the changes related to the existing electrical networks resulting from the investment works;
b) Labeling of the works de investments according to the specifications mentioned in Annex 2 of the Task Book;
c) Processing the collected data in order to introduce them into the existing GIS system;
