Description:
The object of this Service Contract is the preparation of the Pre-feasibility Study and the Feasibility Study for Road Express Craiova Pitești Road Junctions on DN 65 - Colonești and DJ 659 - Suseni, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference and the legislation in the domeenius
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request additional clarifications or informationit is related to the award documentation, it is 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline within which it will respondto all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
The deadline for answering the clarifications was established so that the economic operators have an adequate period to analyze the documentation ofaward and, subsequently, for the elaboration of the offers through the prism of the answers provided by the Contracting Authority.
