- The general object of the contract that will be awarded in the procedure consists of developing/adapting test instruments and psychological assistance.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which anye economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the award documentation, it is 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
In accordance with art. 161 para. (2) from Legea 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority's response to these requests must be sent on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
