Description: Conclusion of Framework Agreements for the supply of medicines for patients included in the National Program of Hemophilia Thalassemia, Oncology (lot 1-5) and those hospitalized in other sections of the hospital. All details related to values and estimated quantities can be found in the table in the specifications. and annex. Frequency and value of contracts to be awarded: 24 subsequent contracts, depending on budget allocations and section requirements. The duration of the framework agreements will be 24 months. The purchaser reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the framework agreement, by a written notification, without any compensation, from the date of conclusion of the framework agreements by the Ministry of Health, as a centralized procurement unit.
The deadline for requesting clarifications is 15 days before the deadline for submission of offers / applications. The clear and complete answer will be sent at least 10 days before the deadline for submission of bids.
