Description:
The object of the contract consists in the purchase of "Services for archiving related documents POSDRU 2007-2013". The project aims to create a physical and digital archive of the mentioned documents. This activity involves the purchase of specialized physical archiving servicesa, electronic processing and storage of documents.
The estimated value of the Contract is in the total amount of 754,075.00 lei without VAT, to which is added VAT in the amount of 143,274.25 lei, respectively 897,349.25 lei with VAT of which:
- physical archiving - with a maximum value of 376,200 lei without VAT, at whichVAT in the amount of 71,478.00 lei is added;
- electronic archiving - with a maximum value of 294,000 lei without VAT, to which VAT in the amount of 55,860.00 lei is added;
- document storage and preservation - with a maximum value 83,875 lei without VAT, to which VAT in the amount of 15,936.25 lei is added.
