Description:
The Ministry of Education, as the contracting authority, wishes to conclude a framework agreement with a minimum of three and a maximum of ten economic operators to provide domestic and international passenger air transport services for a period of 48 months. This service is required for insurance purposesand air transport services for the participation of management staff, employees, partners, delegates and collaborators of the Ministry of Education at various conferences, international Olympics, contests, events, fairs and exhibitions, in the country and abroad, in the fieldunder the competence of the Ministry of Education. The subsequent contracts will be awarded by resuming the competition between the economic operators signatories of the framework agreement, according to art. 110 of GD no. 395/2016, and the element that will be the subject of the resumption of the competition will be the price for the train servicesair sports requested. The resumption of the competition will be conducted offline.
