Description: The Authority for the Digitization of Romania, as a contracting authority, wishes to conclude a framework agreement with a minimum one and a maximum of ten economic operators to provide internal and international passenger services for a period of 24 months. This service is necessary for the provision of air transport services for dignitaries / delegations / personnel for the digitization of Romania participating in events, meetings, fairs, exhibitions and other manifestations in the field of competence of ADR. Subsequent contracts will be awarded by resuming competition between economic operators signatories of the Framework Agreement, according to art. 110 of GD no. 395/2016, and the element that will be subject to the resumption of the competition will be the price for the required air transport services.
