- The object of the contract is the provision of the public household sanitation service within the Commune - Copaceni, for a period of 3 years, with the possibility of extension under the conditions of the law. In this sense, the designated operator will perform the activity of separate collection and separate transportof municipal waste for all categories of users (individuals/legal entities), including from commercial/industrial/public interest activities carried out by economic operators/public institutions based within the Copaceni Commune, including fractions collectedseparately (without prejudice to the waste flow of electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators including, as the case may be, the waste resulting from construction and demolition activities)./20 candidates
The contracting authority will respond, clearly and completely, to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
