Elaboration services "Local strategy for the thermal energy supply service of the population in the municipality of Oradea in the period 2022-2030 and for the perspective of 2050"

The work consists in the elaboration of the Strategy for the thermal energy supply of consumers from Munthe city of Oradea in the period 2022-2030, with the perspective of neutrality of greenhouse gas emissions until 2050 and with the objective of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 55% until 2030, as well as making it viable by minimizing the subsidies granted , by fulfilling up to2030 of the criteria that define an "Efficient central heating system", according to EC Directive 27/2012.
The main objective of the work is to establish strategic, ambitious, but realistic and feasible guidelines for the development of the centralized power supply system withthermal energy (SACET) from the municipality of Oradea, so that the public thermal energy supply service is accessible, safe and of high quality for all connected consumers who in the future can be attracted to the system. Also, according to Ord. ANRE 146/2021, the subject of infringement will be addressedheating and cooling in buildings for the whole city.
