The purpose of the procurement procedure is: Elaboration of technical-economic documentation at the project stage for the authorization of the execution of construction works, technical design and execution details, assistance technic from the designer and execution of works for the investment objective - Increasing the energy efficiency of the public lighting infrastructure in the Municipality of Oradea.
By creating a public lighting system with high energy efficiency through new LED technologies with remote controlsthe following benefits will be obtained:
- reduction of electricity costs
- improvement of the degree of security and safety at night
- minimization of the negative impact on the environment by reducing light pollution and economy in the energy used for body operationof lighting
- compliance with lighting levels/luminances corresponding to the lighting classes covered by the standards in force
