- The object of the procedure is represented by the purchase of some products - "Electric bus" The description of the object of the purchase is available in the Specifications section of this award documentation.
The deadline by which clarifications to the award documentation can be requested: 14 days before the deadline for submission of offers, requests for clarifications will be sent to SEAP. The Contracting Entity has established two deadlines in which it will respond to all requests for clarification as follows: the first deadline - the deadline is the 22nd day before the datelimit established for submission of offers; the second deadline the deadline is the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers. The two deadlines for responding to clarifications do not affect the right of economic operators to request clarifications during the entireperiods that elapse from the moment of publication of the Notice of Participation and until the deadline 14 days before the deadline for submission of offers established by the Contracting Entity. Depending on the complexity of the requests for clarification addressed by economic operators, for which rathe answers should be published at the first deadline indicated above, the Contracting Entity has reserved the right to publish the answers to the respective clarifications at the second deadline established in the Award Documentation.
