The contracting authority reserves the possibility to diminish or supplement the contract with new consumption points, respecting the conditions and prices in the contract, by announcing the supplier in due time and concluding additional documents to the initial contract, to take over / decrease the new consumption points.
The economic operators will be able to request clarifications / additional information regarding the awarding documentation until the term of 15 days before the deadline for submitting the offers. The contracting authority will respond, clearly and completely, to all requests for clarification / additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
