• The association of contracting authorities (the National Agency for Fiscal Administration and the Ministry of Finance) will conclude a public procurement framework agreement whose object is the supply of electricity for the headquarters of the National Agency for Fiscal Administration and the Ministry of Finance, locatedte both in the Municipality of Bucharest/Ilfov and in the province, for the period 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2024, with subsequent contracts being concluded by each member of the association separately, depending on the needs identified:
