Description:
Object of the Framework Agreement:
•Physical and electronic archiving services (retrieval, transport, handling, preparation of the archival fund, archival processing, scanning and indexing) of the documents, at the Beneficiary's premises — for all educational documents as well as for Diof the Human Resources and Economic Directorates;
•Electronic archiving of documents by means of an electronic archiving software solution, provided from a data center authorized according to law 135/2007;
•Providing the specific data storage infrastructure respecting the technical requirementsimposed by law 135/2007;
•Support for the installation and configuration of the electronic archiving software solution on the infrastructure provided by the Beneficiary;
•Support for the authorization of the Beneficiary as an authorized provider of electronic archiving services (in accordance with law 135/2007);
•Preparation of the archival fund and archival processing of documents, according to the provisions of law 16/1996 and Instructions regarding archival activity for the creators and holders of documents, approved by the management of the National Archives by Order of the day no. 217/ 23.05.1996.
The objective ofncipal is to acquire the physical archiving and digitization services to obtain the faithful reproduction of the documents of the historical physical archive as well as their related identification information for subsequent retrieval (referred to in this document as "metadata").
