Description:
Services for carrying out the energy audit of the Palat Cotroceni Complex, in accordance with the requirements of the specifications.
In order to establish and prioritize the opportunities to improve the future energy performance for the buildings and the systems that serve them, it is necessary to carry out ani complex energy audit on the entire energy contour, an energy analysis and the systematization of the analyzed data.
Complex energy audit services on the entire energy contour under the management of the Presidential Administration and energy analysis, in accordance with the SR EN ISO 50001:2 standard019, are necessary for:
-the preparation of specialized reports on energy consumption at all places of consumption. The reports will highlight the consumption profile specific to each place of consumption, will highlight the types of energy carriers used in the current activity, by interpretingstrength of consumption data. Also, packages of solutions and measures to reduce: energy consumption, energy costs, CO2 emissions will be proposed, respectively the financial indicators for the proposed investments will be calculated;
-an energy analysis that meets the requirements of the standardl, will at least include the identification of specific energy performance indicators and will provide a reference level for energy consumption....
