Description:
The purchase of Equipment and software for the Dental Medicine study program of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of the "Lower Danube" University in Galati, according to the specifications in the specifications.
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline de submission of tenders/candidates: 20 days.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification: on the 11th day before the deadline established in the simplified notice of participation for the submission of tenders.
Any request for clarifications mustsubmitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
Completion of the award procedure by concluding the public procurement contract is subject to the following suspensive condition, which will operate for a maximum period of 4 months from deadline for submitting the offer:
Conclusion of the contract bypublic procurement is conditional on obtaining financing from own funds, the signing of the contract being possible only in the situation in which the provisions relating to the engagement of expenses from the budgets falling under the scope of the legislation on public finances are respected, and with respectof the provisions of Decision no. 395/2016 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions relating to the awarding of the public procurement contract/framework agreement from Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions.
