Description:
The purpose of this award procedure is the acquisition of measuring equipment that allows the measurement of the critical parameters of the "Photocathode Laser" sub-assembly, relevant for the proper functioning of the VEGA system, according to the requirements of the specifications. The equipment that is the object of thisof the purchase (according to the list in Annex 1) constitutes a suitable solution for measuring the characteristics of the "Photocathode Laser" sub-assembly of the VEGA system, providing the necessary accuracy for the measurements of the opto-electronic characteristics of the "Photocathode Laser" sub-assembly.ivy art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
Contracting authoritywill respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information addressed by economic operators, on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of offers, according to art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, in conjunction withArt. 27 paragraph (3) of H.G. no. 395/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions.
