Description:
The supply of equipment and the provision of accessory services: transport from the supplier to the warehouse of the beneficiary military unit, handling and unloading of the products at the place indicated by the purchaser in the specifications, assembly, commissioning, specialized training for the use ofoperation salt and operation tests (where applicable - according to point 3 of the specifications).
NOTE 1: The modification of the public procurement contract, during its validity period, is done under the conditions provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 with the amendments and additions ulteriore. Modification of the contract during its validity period, other than in the cases and conditions provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, is carried out by organizing a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions legii.
NOTE 2: In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is a maximum of 17 days before the deadlinesubmission of offers. Any request for clarification must be sent to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
NOTE 3: In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests...
