Description:
The purpose of the service contract is to conclude a written agreement between the contracting authority/beneficiary and a tenderer ranked first following the application of the award criterion - the best quality/price ratio, according to the detail in the specification, in order to establish the elements and conditions that will govern the service contract to be implemented. II of the year 2025 (estimated NoioEcember 2025), and the implementation period will be 48 months, but will not be able to exceed the maximum date of 15.11.2029.
The service contract is the provision of organizing services that can be mobilized in a timely manner, usually within 15 working days from the signing of the service contract/ from the request for the provision of organizing the beneficiary event. All the activities that the provider must carry out in order to organize the events/ event under the conditions in the specification, from the moment of signing the service contract/ from the request for providing the beneficiary's organizing services, until the day the development of the event.
