The object of the contract is:
EXECUTION OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR THE INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE "GARAGE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT", SMIS Code 126998
The object of the public works procurement contract is the construction of a number of 10 buildings (buildings and fittings) in theof the current RATBV public transport company with garage functions and maintenance workshops for the company's future fleet of electric and diesel buses, offices and ancillary functions.
The modification of the public procurement contract, during its validity period, is done under the conditionsthe ones provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016. Modification of the contract during its validity period, other than in the cases and conditions stipulated in art. 98/2016, is carried out by organizing a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions ofgii.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates: 20.
