Description:
The object of the future public procurement contract is the execution of expansion/rehabilitation/modernization of the bus depot within the project "Rehabilitation and modernization of ecological transport" SMIS code 127035.the modernization of the bus depot results from the need to carry out works regarding: the rehabilitation of administrative spaces, the creation of parking spaces that allow the parking of the public transport fleet in optimal conditions to ensure a period of operation as long as possible, the modernization andequipping the spaces used in the premises, equipping with slow and fast charging stations for the electric buses to be purchased.
The main works to be executed, according to the solutions within the Technical Project no. 14/2020 are:
1. Construction works:
- Landscapingand electric charging stations: these will be located (according to the location plans for the fast charging stations), ensuring an adequate flow of activity.
- Bus station hall - newly proposed building on the upper floor with a constructed area of 1719.85 sqm.
2. Thermal rehabilitation worksas well as modernization of the buildings:
- Rehabilitation works of the envelope and finishes of all buildings that are the subject of this project (Building Body A Laundry and I.T.P space, Building Body B Maintenance Hall, Building Body C Workshops and changing rooms).
