- Delgaz Grid, as the holder of the natural gas and electricity distribution Licenses, benefits from an exclusive right to provide the natural gas and electricity distribution service through the distribution systems concessioned by it, in the localities specified in the annexeslicenses, through the provision of natural monopoly activities within the meaning of Law 123/2012. In the context of natural gas as well, being the holder of the license for the activity of natural gas distribution and electricity distribution, it has the capacity of a contracting entity, in the senseArt. 4 para. (1) lit. c) from Law no. 99/2016 regarding sectoral acquisitions and has the obligation to apply Law no. 99/2016.
The objectives of the Framework Agreement / subsequent contracts are the execution of the replacement works of natural gas pipes and connections and the creation of new gas distributionsnatural for Delgaz Grid S.A., in all localities (villages, communes, cities) belonging to the counties of Arad, Alba, BacΔu, Bihor, Bistrita NasΔud, BotoΘani, CaraΘ Severin, Cluj, Harghita, Hunedoara, IaΘi, MaramureΘ, MureΘ, NeamΘ, Satu Mare , SΔlaj, Sibiu, Suceava, TimiΘ and Vaslui, depending on requestsof access to the system submitted to Degaz Grid S.A.. The materials made available by the contracting entity will not be offered by the economic operators participating in the procedure. An op.ec. can apply for one or more lots.
