Execution of works for "Rehabilitation of building facades located in str. Iosif Vulcan no. 14"
To achieve the objective of ensuring the value and safety of the built fund located, both in the Urban Ensemble - Oradea Historical Center as well as in UAT Oradea, City Hall Orad Municipalityit supports the efficient management of the built heritage, the securing of the public domain, the increase of tourist and investment attractiveness, the raising of the civic consciousness of citizens who own properties in buildings classified as LMI or in protected built areas classified as LMI.
Through this work, it is proposed to rehabilitate the exterior facades of the building located in the suburbs of the Municipality of Oradea, located in the Urban Ensemble - Oradea Historical Center, on St. Iosif Vulcan no. 14, the frame being made in the first stage of making the investment by the care of the Association ofOwners
The works that will be performed are:
- Restoration of exterior plasters;
- Chromatic painting of facades according to the plans in the approved project
- Restoration of the plinth with sanitation plaster and exterior silicate painting
- Rehabilitation of windowsand the replacement of the non-conforming ones with layered wood carpentry, present on the facades and their painting; - Repairing the external profiles of the frames, girders, lintels and cornices - Complete and unitary restoration of the carpentry;
