Execution of thermal rehabilitation works for a number of 14 blocks of flats - Lot 379, from Sector 2 of the Municipality of Bucharest, financed within the PNRR, for the implementation of the project "Moderate Energy Renovation of multi-family residential buildings from Sector 2 of the MunicipalityBucharest", C5-A3.1-574
Thermal rehabilitation of housing blocks in Sector 2 of the Municipality of Bucharest. In order to obtain constructions of appropriate quality, the following basic requirements must be met and maintained for the entire duration of the constructions' existenceapplicable: mechanical strength and stability; safety and accessibility in operation; fire safety; hygiene, health and the environment; energy saving and thermal insulation; noise protection, sustainable use of natural resources, respectively fulfillmentthe requirements found in the Terms of Reference.
The estimated total value of this investment, established according to the General Estimates drawn up by the specialist designers who developed the documentation for the DALI phase related to the 14 objectives, and which aims to execute rehabilitation works termica for increasing the energy efficiency of housing blocks in Sector 2, for a number of 14 blocks, is 29,439,722.66 lei without VAT, broken down as follows:
