Description:
Thermal rehabilitation of blocks of flats in Sector 2 of the Municipality of Bucharest. In order to obtain constructions of appropriate quality, the realization and maintenance of the following fundamental applicable requirements for the entire duration of the constructions' existence are mandatory: resistancemechanics and stability; safety and accessibility in operation; fire safety; hygiene, health and the environment; energy saving and thermal insulation; protection against noise, the sustainable use of natural resources, respectively the fulfillment of the requirements found in Caietul de Sarcini.
The estimated total value of this investment, whose purpose is the execution of thermal rehabilitation works to increase the energy efficiency of residential blocks in Sector 2, for a number of 40 blocks, is 83,107,648.02 lei without VAT .
As follows:
-Finishingri for environmental protection and bringing the land to its initial state 591,773.76 lei
-Construction and installations 81,002,964.20 lei
-Construction works and installations related to the organization ofconstruction site 1,512,910.06 lei
